How Life Experience Created Align Auto Glass
Growing up in an environment supported by Ford, influenced my decision to enter the car industry. During my father's career, we had generous medical coverage and company benefits. I remember attending company picnics as a child and witnessing the milestones, gifts, and recognitions given to him. Ford also ensured ongoing support for my mother during her retirement years. Their care and commitment to my father and our family instilled in me a profound appreciation for taking care of people and gave me a passion for ensuring my customers are satisfied. These formative experiences influenced me because I draw from those values today at Align, to provide my customers with similar service, quality, and care.
Why Auto Glass
I also specifically chose auto glass after experiencing a couple of severe car accidents throughout my life. I firsthand understand how important the windshield is on safety. In 2014, a Sears delivery van ran a red light while I went through the green light. When we hit, my airbags deployed. That alone can pop off a windshield and cause fatalities if the windscreen isn't adequately sealed or bonded. Despite the severity of the impact, a proper installation can protect us. My own car accidents have reinforced my commitment to upholding safety standards. I see my auto glass business as a way to care for and protect lives literally.
